I'm a doctor of physical therapy, certified strength & conditioning coach, and certified pilates instructor. I have 13 years of experience instructing exercise using correct terminology and form. I am passionate about creating professional videos especially those in the healthcare specialty.

- Against small green screen (left as green screen or replaced in editing with one image)
