He was very responsive and very willing to keep making revisions until we got things right. I will blame this on communication issues rather than experience or ability. But getting a scannable UPC placed in our packaging files was a struggle. Something that should have been packaging 101. So the whole project took much longer than expected and required a lot of careful review on my part.

Thanks... All what happened was for misunderstanding... It was really challenging job for me. What I told he don't get the point... and what he told gone above my head... and finally the UPC code he gave was having cutoff issue at bottom part... But for that I gave revision like almost 8 times... but after all it's good news that it's perfect... that's all
